Ara Hillary Mendoza

Hi! I’m Ara, a digital marketer who built her career from the ground up through hard work, curiosity, and a love for learning.

I started working at 18 as a service crew member at McDonald’s to help support my studies. During that time, I learned how to manage my responsibilities, work under pressure, and handle all kinds of customers with patience and respect. Even though it was just a short-term, seasonal job, it taught me valuable lessons about discipline, teamwork, and professionalism.

Before I graduated from senior high school, I discovered my interest in digital marketing. I began studying from scratch by watching YouTube tutorials, taking free online courses, and offering small freelance services to apply what I learned. My dedication eventually opened an opportunity for me to work full-time at TGS Unlad while I was still in college. I stayed there for about three years until I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting.

After graduation, I allowed myself a few months to rest after years of balancing work and school. Even during that time, I continued to study and develop my skills. When I started applying for jobs again, I was hired as a Marketing Associate (Virtual Assistant) for a clinic based in New Jersey. From there, more opportunities followed, and I began working with different clients and projects that helped me grow even more as a digital marketer.

Today, I help business owners simplify their marketing, strengthen their online presence, and achieve their goals without the stress and confusion that usually come with digital marketing. I am always excited to help businesses discover what truly works for them, share what I’ve learned along the way, and create strategies that make marketing feel easier, smarter, and more human.
